Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.
To cancel or change the order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the product has been shipped or you have received a shipping confirmation email, the order status cannot be modified.
Payment
Currently we provide two types of payment: PayPal and Credit Card.
All orders are processed in USD, using the latest exchange rates.
Prices can be displayed in multiple currencies.

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Return & Exchanges
(1) Please request a return within 14 days upon reception.
(2) Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: we cannot accept returns on final sale items, freebies or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us at care@hapnix.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Care Instructions
We strive for 100% accuracy by using real-life photography for all our products. However, please note:
Display Differences: Slight color variations may occur due to different monitor resolutions and screen settings.
Lighting Environment: Outdoor photography may be influenced by natural lighting conditions (e.g., direct sunlight vs. shade). For the most accurate color representation, we recommend referring to the flat-lay product shots.
We prioritize sustainability and your health:
We use safe, dyes during the coloring process. To maintain color integrity, please avoid prolonged soaking and do not wash in water temperatures exceeding 40°C.
Dark Fabrics: It is normal for dark-colored fabrics to release a small amount of "floating color" during the first few washes. This will stabilize after a few cleaning cycles.
To ensure the longevity of your items and prevent irreparable damage, please follow these guidelines:
Detergent: Use a neutral/mild detergent. Do not use bleach or any harsh chemical cleaners.
Separation: Always wash light and dark colors separately to avoid color transfer.
Drying & Storage: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this can weaken fibers and fade colors. Line dry in the shade and store in a dark, cool place.
Fabric Protection: Due to the delicate nature of the weave, please keep the garment away from sharp objects (like jewelry or rough surfaces) to prevent snagging or surface damage.
